At Genco Oil TOO, social development is a core element of our corporate culture and a key part of our long-term strategy. To further enhance employee welfare, Genco Oil TOO introduced the “Social Development Program for 2011–2015” aimed at improving the well-being of staff in Almaty City. This program, approved by state orders, reflects our commitment to creating lasting value for our workforce and communities.

Creating safe, comfortable, and efficient working environments is a priority for Genco Oil TOO. We invest in the development of recreational facilities, social infrastructure, and safety programs to support employee well-being and productivity.

Particular attention is given to improving conditions in our transshipment camps, where thousands of employees work. To achieve this, we have adopted social and production standards for shift workers and launched targeted programs to bring their living conditions up to these benchmarks. Comprehensive infrastructure improvements have already led to significant positive changes for our workforce.


Health and Well-being

Employee health and well-being are fundamental to Genco Oil TOO’s social policy. As one of Russia’s major employers, we provide regular medical check-ups, preventive health programs, and wellness benefits for staff. In addition, federal, regional, and corporate medical centers across Krasnodar Territory, Samara, and Irkutsk regions provide specialized care and rehabilitation for tens of thousands of employees, retirees, and their families.
